CS 1.6 anti-cheat setup

CS 1.6 setup fails for boring reasons: wrong extract directory, plugin left under scripting, empty license, or expecting Anti-ESP on a stock HLDS box. This page is the boring checklist.

Before you start

• AMX Mod X installed and loading other plugins.
• An ImpactGuard account. Free is enough to validate.
• The CS 1.6 zip from the homepage or Plugin Manager.

Install

1. Stop the server or expect a reload anyway.
2. Extract the archive into cstrike/ so addons/amxmodx/ merges.
3. Confirm addons/amxmodx/plugins/IGAC_CS16.amxx exists. If you only see a .sma, you grabbed the wrong tree — production packages ship compiled .amxx.
4. Open addons/amxmodx/configs/plugins/IGAC.cfg and set igac_license_key to your panel key.
5. Enable the plugin in your AMXX plugins list if the package did not already.
6. Start the server. Confirm IGAC in the AMXX plugin list and an online server in the panel (heartbeat ~60s).

Anti-ESP

Model, sound, and physent blocking need ReHLDS / ReGameDLL / ReAPI. If you are on stock HLDS, skip the mental model that “ESP is solved.” Detection modules can still log; visibility blocking will not match the ReHLDS setup.

Same key as CS2

Do not buy a second product. Slot math is in plans. If CS2 is already online, you are only adding a GoldSrc node.

Can I use my CS2 license on CS 1.6?

Yes. Paste the same IG- key into IGAC.cfg. Slots are shared with CS2 under the plan.

Where do I download the package?

From the homepage CS 1.6 download block, Plugin Manager, or /api/download/cs16-plugin after you have an account.
